Morag is a voice AI agent that connects to your restaurant's phone line. She answers calls
naturally, takes orders, handles table bookings, and answers common questions using your menu
and business data.
No. Morag is a cloud-based solution. We can set up call forwarding from your existing business
line or provide a dedicated local number.
Features & Accuracy
Morag captures structured orders reliably for standard menu items and confirms details verbally.
For highly complex or unusual requests, calls can be transferred to staff.
Yes. Morag can handle multiple inbound calls concurrently without placing customers on hold.
Pricing & Billing
Our pricing is pay-as-you-go based on a professional per-minute rate. You top up your wallet
balance, and costs are deducted only when Morag handles a call. There are no monthly
subscription fees or hidden costs.
Basic setup is free. We help you upload your menu and configure your business hours. Custom
legacy POS integrations may require a one-time fee.
Integration & Technical
Morag currently prints orders directly to the kitchen. We are actively working on connecting to
various POS systems for seamless order syncing.
We do not yet have multiple languages available, but our app provides the capability to support
multiple languages if needed. This feature can be enabled based on your requirements.
Morag is the voice application used today. Reco Genie is the recommendation and intelligence
system operating behind Morag and will power additional channels over time.
Security & Reliability
Yes. We are GDPR compliant and use bank-level encryption (SSL) for all data transmissions. We do
not store sensitive payment information on our servers; payments are handled via Stripe.
