Yes. Morag can handle multiple inbound calls concurrently without placing customers on hold.

Pricing & Billing

Our pricing is pay-as-you-go based on a professional per-minute rate. You top up your wallet balance, and costs are deducted only when Morag handles a call. There are no monthly subscription fees or hidden costs.
Basic setup is free. We help you upload your menu and configure your business hours. Deeper till or POS connections are discussed on a case-by-case basis when they are available for your setup.

Integration & Technical

Morag is built to print orders to your kitchen printer so service stays reliable from day one. Connecting to your POS or till is on our roadmap — ask on a demo what we can support for your venue.
We do not yet have multiple languages available, but our app provides the capability to support multiple languages if needed. This feature can be enabled based on your requirements.
Morag is the voice application used today. Reco Genie is the recommendation and intelligence system operating behind Morag and will power additional channels over time.

Security & Reliability

Yes. We are GDPR compliant and use bank-level encryption (SSL) for all data transmissions. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers; payments are handled via Stripe.
