Inputs

• Weekly baseline — your saved weekly revenue sets a starting rhythm.
• Daily EOD — each trading day you upload improves busyness and attribution.
• Historical upload — optional 6–12 month Excel/CSV or POS history (+£12/branch/month).
• Public signals — weather, fixtures, events, landmarks, and competitor context near the branch.

What you see in the dashboard

Click any day on the operational calendar for rush windows, hourly weather, sports fixtures, and What history tells us — cards that match today’s signals to similar past trading days with learned average uplift.

Improving accuracy

Submit EOD consistently, upload history for quiet/busy season patterns, and keep branch coordinates accurate so local signals stay relevant.
