Yes. The BI tool offers one free venue report so you can see the style of intelligence before creating an account. After that, a paid account unlocks weekly reporting for the selected branch or branches.

A weekly report can include branch context, demand indicators, local event and landmark signals, weather and fixture context where available, review and competitor movement, operational pressure notes, and a short list of suggested priorities for the week.

No. Reco Genie Insights is advisory intelligence, not financial, tax, legal or guaranteed forecasting advice. It helps restaurant operators ask better planning questions and spot patterns earlier.

The free report combines publicly available venue/location information with the operating inputs you enter for the report. Paid weekly reporting can use branch selections and weekly business inputs you provide. We avoid unnecessary storage and keep the workflow aligned with UK GDPR and EU GDPR principles.

Admins upload Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with branch, business date, and total revenue columns. Download the sample template from BI Settings → Historical Data or from the sample file. Only the Daily Sales Upload sheet is imported.

Reco Genie saves daily actuals, updates busyness learning and day attribution, queues weather/fixture/calendar enrichment, and uses the patterns in your 7-day forecast when the Historical Data add-on is enabled.

Where a supported POS connection exists, admins can fetch the last 12 months from Settings → Historical Data. Morag voice ordering still prints to the kitchen; the sales-history connection belongs to Reco Genie Insights and is not a universal Morag till integration.

Forecasts blend your weekly baseline, public location signals, daily EOD learning, and — when available — historical signal matches. Accuracy improves as you submit EOD and optional history; Reco Genie Insights is advisory, not guaranteed financial advice.

Morag prints orders to your kitchen printer without till integration. Reco Genie Insights can connect to supported sales systems for historical sales and optional nightly EOD sync — ask during a demo which connections fit your venue.

We do not yet have multiple languages available, but our app provides the capability to support multiple languages if needed. This feature can be enabled based on your requirements.

Morag is the voice application used today. Reco Genie is the recommendation and intelligence system operating behind Morag and will power additional channels over time.

Yes. We are GDPR compliant and use bank-level encryption (SSL) for all data transmissions. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers; payments are handled via Stripe.
